Effective date: March 12, 2026
DHU Labs ("the Service") is an AI-powered conversational assistant operated by TeamWeaver LLC, doing business as DHU Labs ("we", "us", "our").
The Service uses large language models — primarily from Anthropic (Claude), with additional providers such as xAI (Grok) — to generate responses. All responses are AI-generated and should be treated as such.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address and password. Registration may require an invitation link or CAPTCHA verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
This is the most important section of these terms:
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the questions and text you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it in order to generate responses.
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated responses. However, AI outputs — including code, text, and other content — are not guaranteed to be unique, original, free of third-party intellectual property, or suitable for any particular purpose. Code generated by the AI may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or license-incompatible material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the suitability of any AI-generated content before using it.
The Service provides features to download and export AI-generated content (including code blocks and conversation exports). Downloading or exporting content does not change the disclaimers above — you use exported content at your own risk.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (including a free tier) with different monthly usage limits. If you exceed your quota, access to AI-generated responses will be temporarily restricted until the quota resets. We reserve the right to set, adjust, or remove usage quotas and subscription tiers at our discretion.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's policies.
The Service automatically extracts factual information from your conversations (e.g., your profession, interests, or preferences) to personalize future responses. These "memory facts" are stored with your account and injected into the AI's context in subsequent conversations. You can view and delete individual memories at any time in Settings. Memory extraction is automatic and cannot be disabled on a per-message basis, but you can clear all memories at any time.
The Service offers an optional voice input feature that uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. When you use voice input, audio processing is handled by your browser (not by us) and may be subject to your browser vendor's terms and privacy policies. We only receive the transcribed text, not the audio itself. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeamWeaver LLC, its members, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of AI-generated content, including code you download or deploy; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service relies on the following third-party services:
We are not responsible for the services, policies, practices, or availability of any third-party provider.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the State of New York.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to contact@dhulabs.com within 30 days of first using the Service. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 15.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
